The location was perfect and magnificent for me as it was a short walk to Cannaregio, Venice, the tourist destinations, and the train station Santa Lucia. Spent a nice evening at Muro San Stae, located within walking distance from the venue. - Appreciated central heating, an individual safe, and coffee and tea making facilities in the room.

The location of the hotel was outside the main tourist area, providing a quieter atmosphere. the comfortable bed and private bathroom were appreciated. the staff was friendly and accommodating, serving breakfast at the desired time. the five-minute walk to a street with restaurants and shops was convenient. Despite the negatives, the hotel had a lovely atmosphere, thanks to the restoration of the building.

We had a delightful stay at a charming B&B in a great location. The hosts were incredibly friendly and the breakfast they provided was delicious. We enjoyed the cozy and clean room, and the quirky historic building added to the overall charm. Even though there were a couple of minor issues, like the unreliable WiFi and some light coming into the room at night, it didn't detract from our wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place for a memorable stay in Venice.
